All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the following conditions:
- New and in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags and hygiene stickers must be attached. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the provided address. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Please allow at least seven 7 to 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
